Carleton University Charity Ball presents
Masquerade!
===========
Held on Saturday, February 1st, 2003 -
8:00pm at the Ottawa Congress Centre!
Tickets are $20 and are being sold through Ticketmaster.
In 2003 Carleton University will hold its 16th annual Charity Ball. The
purpose of the ball is to generate funds and awareness for local
charities important to Carleton's student body. Since the ball's
inception in 1988, it has become one of the largest and most successful
events of its kind in Canada.
The proceeds of Charity Ball 2003 will be donated to the Harmony House
Women's Shelter and the Peace and Environment Resource Centre. More
information about these organizations can be found on the featured
charities page.
The theme of Charity Ball 2003 is "Masquerade." With live music by
DJ's Fletch and Scott Boogie, Blackjack tables, Wheels of Fortune and a
Silent Auction, disguised dancers and good friends, we hope the entire
ball will be a magical night for everyone! For more information on the
theme, music, and social gaming area, check out The Night of the
Ball.Charity
Tickets for Charity Ball will be going on sale through Ticketmaster in
November. Tickets will also be available at all fundraising events and
at select locations on campus starting in January.
Charity Ball is an ALL AGES event! Proper ID must be presented at the
door in order to purchase alcoholic beverages. For more information
